Day 7 Challenge: For today’s challenge I want you to pick one imperfect action that you can take every day that will move you closer to the life you have envisioned. It could be 5 minutes of walking or meditation, or even just continuing the momentum of this challenge and keep writing 200 words a day on your blog. Pick that one imperfect action and write a post about why you chose the particular action and what you imagine it will be like if you do it every day for the next 30 days.

 In 10 Day Freedom Plan Blog Challenge

This is something I have been wanting to do forever and well procrastination is the killer for me a lot of the time, I want to get into a habit of meditating every day. I did start this a few months ago but then I went through a few bouts of being ill and didn’t keep at it as I was focusing on my physical health.

I have a strong belief that mental health affects physical health and believe that if I am able to get back into and set myself up for a long-term habit of meditating each day I will feel better. I will be able to handle any stressful situations better, feel better mentally and therefore this will help me maintain my physical health. It will also allow me to better focus on my goals in life as well as focus on what I need to get done to achieve these goals.

I also feel that it would allow me to ground myself daily and either get rid of all what has occurred during the day if I opt for my practice to occur at night. Or set me up to be open and able to take on whatever the day throws at me if I opt to do my practice of a morning. Overall I feel this will reset my mindset to allow me to fulfil my deepest desires and become the greatest version of myself which will help me help others do the same.
